What is your shipping policy?

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be shipped out the same day. Delivery can be between 1-3 working days depending on the postal service. Sometimes delays can occur so please allow extra time if this is the case.

Digicig use Royal Mail’s standard first class postal service.

Delivery charges are as follows:

Orders up to £20
UK £1.65
Europe £3.95
Rest of World (ROW) £4.95

Orders over £20
UK FREE when you apply the code DELIVERY20 at the checkout (we cannot refund delivery charges later if you do not apply the discount at checkout)
Europe £3.95
Rest of World (ROW) £4.95

How do I order?

Select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your basket and proceed to the checkout page where you will be redirected to PayPal, our secure third party payment gateway provider. If you prefer to purchase over the phone, please call our service team on 0333 772 9425, where we will be happy to process you order and take secure payment. Digicig never retains Customer’s card details.

What are the Terms and Conditions for returning items?

Any Items must be returned in good condition. If the item is damaged exchanges or refunds will not be accepted. E-liquids cannot be exchanged or refunded once the quality control seal has been broken. You will be liable to pay the return postage cost.

WHERE DO I SEND Returns?

Any returned items must be returned within 30 days from purchase. When returning items please include your full name, invoice number and phone number.

WHAT IS COVERED BY YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

All new devices and accessories come with a warranty against fault. This means that if your device or accessory stops working properly during the applicable warranty period we will replace free of charge. The applicable warranty periods are as follows:

  • Vape Kits: all batteries are supplied with a 2 month warranty

  • E-liquids: Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a warranty on e-liquid items due to the nature of the product
